These terms apply to your use of poly-morph.com (the “site”), operated by Polymorph, an independent consultancy owned by Avishay Naftaly, Tel Aviv, Israel. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Information on the site
The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not professional advice for any specific product, material, or process, and it does not replace a consultation based on your actual requirements, test data, and operating conditions. Decisions about materials and processes remain the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Consulting services
Consulting engagements are governed by the written proposal or agreement for each project, which sets out the scope, fees, schedule, and deliverables. If anything in that agreement differs from the site, the agreement prevails.
Free first consultation call
The first consultation call is free of charge and creates no obligation for either side.
Money-back guarantee
Where a project includes a material search or selection, and we are unable to identify a material that meets the technical requirements agreed in writing at the start of the project, you are entitled to a refund of the fees paid for that search. The exact conditions, including which requirements apply and how they are verified, are defined in the proposal for each project.
The guarantee does not apply to every project. Polymorph may, at its discretion, exclude a specific project from the guarantee, for example where requirements are unusual, timelines are exceptionally short, information is incomplete, or the outcome depends heavily on external parties. Any such exclusion will be stated explicitly in the proposal before work begins. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the guarantee applies.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo, and other materials on the site belong to Polymorph or are used under license. Photos are used under the Unsplash license. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party services such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Polymorph is not liable for any damage resulting from use of, or reliance on, the information on the site, or from the site being unavailable.

Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the site.
