This policy explains what personal information Polymorph (“we”) collects through poly-morph.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Polymorph is an independent consultancy owned and operated by Avishay Naftaly, Tel Aviv, Israel. We handle personal information in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your full name, company name, email address, phone number, industry sector, and the details you write about your technical requirements. If you contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share there.
• Technical information. Our hosting and security provider automatically processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

You are not legally required to provide any information. However, without your contact details we cannot reply to your inquiry.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry, schedule a consultation call, and prepare a proposal.
• To provide and manage our consulting services if you become a client.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as needed:

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website, routes our email, and protects the site.
• Google (Gmail), which we use to receive and answer email.
• WhatsApp / Meta, only if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside Israel. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies and local storage

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site stores only a few small items on your device to make it work for you:

• A cookie that remembers your language choice (Hebrew or English).
• Your accessibility toolbar settings, saved in your browser’s local storage.
• A note that the WhatsApp reminder was already shown during your visit, so it does not appear again.

You can delete these at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and afterward only as long as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as accounting records. We then delete or anonymize it.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information we receive is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Your rights

Under Israeli law you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email [email protected].

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update.
